Friday may be Christmas Day this week, but that doesn’t mean missing out on the mid-week Novice Track Session at DISC. This is a great way to start your day feeling energised and ready to go, away from the festive traffic.
Led by Paul Parker the regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints, extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session.
You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session and Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.
Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.
