Get your weekend started with a ride on the boards at DISC at the Auscycling Novice Track session.

Led by Paul Parker the regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints, extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session.

You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session and Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.

Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.
