Winter is here, so if you want to keep warm and on your bike the Novice Track Session on Thursday morning is the place to be this June.

Led by Paul Parker the regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints, extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session.

You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session and Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.

Tick off your track fix from your to-do list with an early morning Novice Session.

Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.
