The Saturday Novice Track Session will be taking a small pause while Paul Parker goes to Queensland to assist the VIC squad at the Junior Track Nationals

Regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints, extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session.

You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session. Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.

The Saturday Novice Session will re-commence on the 10th of July. There will be one more Thursday session on the 24th of June before this short break.

Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.
