The Thursday Novice Track Session is back for July. Shake off the winter blues and get on the track for your mid-week ride on the boards at DISC.

Led by Paul Parker, regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints and extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session.

You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session. Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.

Tick off your track fix from your to-do list with an early morning Novice Session.

Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.
